I love everything that comes with the kit except for the thermometer (which does not come with a hook to hang on the side of a pot) and the recipe book which is not entirely accurate.

I've only had time for making one recipe and I chose the mozzarella recipe. The instructions state that the recipe will make cheese from any cow milk even if it is pasteurized and homogenized. This is not true. Following the instructions provided with the equipment/ingredients provided in the kit did not create the desired (read specified) results. I'm not a novice cheese maker. This recipe did not work as claimed, curds did not melt easily (at the normal temperature) to be made into balls and once they did form balls they were hard and could not be used in dishes where you wanted them to melt.
