I bought this as a gift for my significant other. Although it was a very heinous idea and a cute gift, I would not buy again. They don’t give you enough citric acid to do any more than two batches. Plenty of rennet for about 4. The first batch was a waste and poured down the sink, the second was closer it not all the way there. Flavor was ok but to go through the trouble to have it a waste and to not include enough of the ingredients was not worth it. Cute but would not recommend.
