I used almond and coconut flour instead.

Very good. Just made 2 pans. With wheat and 1/3 was coconut flour and 1/2 the sugar. I ran out of zucchini and used some shredded apple. I used less salt too. Kept in the oven till a nice brown on top.

Used 1/2 wheat flour, sifting it twice. Sifted baking soda and white flour too. Used coconut sugar instead of regular sugar and added blue berries and raspberries. Keep in mind not sweet this way. Fluffy also.

Made it as Maegan in the the reviews did with a Kitchen Aide instead. Used 1 Tbls honey instead of molasses and only 1/2 the brown sugar. Had to use shredded sweetened drinking chocolate bar instead of the cocoa. Added a little extra caraway seed also. Baked it at 375 for 40 min (as Maegan). And baked it on a pizza stone but didn’t have any cornmeal.

Great. Very tasty with all the different cheeses. Works best with organic spinach, organic good good pasta sauce. Guests loved it.
