This is so good! I made the recipe exactly as is, except I used dried dill for fresh because I didn’t have any. The flavors are wonderful and I’ll definitely make it again.
This is my new favorite chili recipe! I half everything right down the middle since there's only two of us. But it's just right in terms of spices and flavors. And it's so easy to make! Serve it with shredded sharp cheddar, sour cream, and oyster crackers. Mmmmm!
This recipe is the bomb! I halved everything because it's just me and my husband at home. We both loved it. The only thing I didn't have in my pantry was sesame seeds. What a wonderful way to use fresh napa cabbage. Yum!
This one's a keeper, for sure. I loved it and my husband loved it. Two thumbs up! I might increase the spices a bit next time, but it's very good exactly as written. I heated some tortillas in the oven, added the chicken, onions, and peppers, and topped with cheddar cheese and sour cream. They were excellent and it's so easy to make. Very little clean-up involved. I served it with Spanish rice and refried beans.
I made this recently and it was REALLY good. My husband complimented it, as well, and he rarely eats beef. I'll definitely make this again. Following comments from some other reviewers, I browned the patties and then removed them from the pan. I cooked the mushrooms and onions for a bit before returning the steaks to the pan and finishing up the recipe as written. The only change I'd make next time is that I'd use several different types of mushrooms to get even more flavor.
