White Chocolate Crunch

I like to make this around the holidays and add some to my cookie baskets. Use could add dried cranberries for a festive "reindeer mix."

Ingredients

2 CUPS White Chocolate chips
1 Cup coarsly crushed or broken up pretzels (i use pretzel sticks)
1 Cup salted peanuts

Directions

Step 1
place chocolate chips in a bowl,melt in microwave, checking and stirring every 15-30 seconds. Mix in peanuts and pretzels. Spread onto an ungreased cookie sheet and freeze for 15 minutes. Remove from freezer and break into pieces.
