Amazing!

The really is best ever meat loaf. We loved it. There are only two of us so we had a lot left over. We made meatloaf sandwhiches and I ate a bowl of it warmed up for lunch. So so so good.

I made this using cut up pork chops. It was so good that I cannot wait to make it again with chicken. I was a bit concerned when i was making it that there was no gravy or sauce but it just did not need it. My husband and I gobbled it all down. No leftovers!
