I followed the recipe exactly to make this for an Italian themed food club dinner and dessert. This pie was very good, but got better over the next few days in the fridge, in my opinion. My husband said it reminded him of a bread pudding. Oh, and this was my first ever pie crust to make and it turned out great!!

I followed other commenters suggestions and made it with only 2 cups of sugar (1 brown, 1 white), and I used 4 cups of zucchini. It's so tasty but next time I make it I think I'll cut the sugar by another half a cup or so. My kids won't leave it alone!!!
