I made this the first time just to see and I couldn't get them out of the fryer fast enough as my kids were eating them as I cooked them. This last time I made them we used them as shrimp tacos with lettuce, broccoli slaw, and the same buffalo sauce (Frank's was our sauce base). This has easily become one of those meals everyone looks forward to eating!
