Really tasty and so easy to make! The Worcestershire sauce made me pause but it works perfectly for these. My kids love it and think it taste exactly like microwave popcorn (but I didn’t tell them it’s healthier ??) You can reduce the salt (since the worchestershire sauce has sodium) and I used coarse sea salt to add more texture. Will be saving this to make next fall
Great recipe! I sub sweetened applesauce for oil, and use half white sugar, half light brown sugar. Baked at 325 convection for about 40 mins and it came out perfectly. Moist, lots of flavor and it doesn’t last long in our house!
Super yummy! Did this according to recipe except I added a full vadalia onion, chopped and a tad more coconut oil to make sure everything was coated. Made ten cups total of sweet potatoes and it filled an entire 12 x 12 pan. Definitely needs baked for longer than 30 mins. I baked at 365 convectional for 45 mins, stirring it around every 20 mins. Used fresh herbs from our summer herb garden. Easiest way to do this is mix everything together in a mixing bowl then pour onto pan. Thanks for posting! Will definitely be using this again
Thanks for great base recipe! I’ve never been able to find a recipe that works so well with the add-ons my family likes. I subbed the almonds with crushed walnuts, added 1 cup sliced red grapes and used a large can of precooked chicken breast in water that I had in my pantry. Very yummy and easy to make- I only made “one serving” and it was easily enough for 3-4 people to eat. Serve in multigrain pits pockets and with fresh fruit on the side for a balanced, healthy meal!
