Used this recipe as a starting point. Used spinach in lieu of kale, added broccoli, cauliflower and sweet potatoes; used thyme, Italian seasonings and bay leaf. Added a squeeze of lemon at the end with salt and pepper. Turned out great!
Used ACV, squeeze of fresh lemon, dash of caper juice, mayo, used less olive oil, garlic, fresh herbs, salt n pepper, 2 pinches of sugar. Added all into a mason jar and shook it up. Delicious! Love the versatility of this recipe.
Delicious! Added stewed tomatoes, basil and thyme. Used shirataki noodles since I can’t have egg noodles and omitted potatoes. Topped it off with parmesan cheese and some red pepper flakes. Will definitely make this again.
I added garlic with the onions, used chicken broth, added cumin with the lentils. When it was done I drizzled olive oil on it for added richness. I like it.
