I replaced the stewed tomatoes with diced tomatoes and skipped white wine. Also used dried parsley instead of fresh parsley. Turned out to be great, will definitely make it again.

We were not fan of too much creole seasoning. Will try again without it. I prepared my own alfredo sauce which I typically use for fettuccine alfredo which I believe is a healthier option.

I skipped green onions as I did not have any. I also used chopped olives, cheddar cheese and flour tortillas instead of what the recipe listed. We all loved it. Will definitely save it and do it again.

I followed the recipe and turned out perfect the first time. After I cut it, there were few wet parts in the middle but that was chunks of banana. So delicious, half of it was gone immediately.

I did not change anything and loved the recipe. Very easy and quick. I may add some more cumin next time as I love it.

I replaced the chicken legs with boneless skinless chicken thighs. Also had to cook 10 more minutes. Turned out to be delicious.
