Great method to make country ribs in the oven. Followed the recipe except added 1 tbs of onion powder & boiled ribs for 45 minutes. I also added more bbq sauce towards the end of cooking. My family gobbled this up and said it was the best ribs ever! Meat fell off the bone, which is a plus!
