It was alright. My family and I all video called and baked together. They all turned out different and I think the measurements are slightly off. The cookies tasted good but I had to keep them in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes or so.

I liked it! It was my first time using my instant pot and the times and settings listed in this recipe were PERFECT. It helped me out a lot and everything was perfectly cooked. I did make some changes. I don’t put carrots in Italian wedding and I doubled the basil. For next time I am going to add a clove of garlic. I also used Acini di Pepe pasta instead of pastina. I really like the little pasta better. For my meatballs, I made probably about 30 the size of a bottle cap and I used mild Italian sausage. Over all, this is a great recipe. Will always defer to this one.
