Excellent recipe. Easy to make. I agree with E in marinating the steak in the soy and honey with cornstarch and rice vinegar. It is a quick way to velvet the meat and make it super tender. Most velveting calls for egg white too but it is not necessary. Meat does not dry out and is tender. I used bell pepper strips and sweet onion strips. Basmati rice. YUM!

Just a wonderful easy recipe. I had thawed out my 4 pound rib roast two days before I cooked it. To get it room temp I took it out of the fridge at 9:30 in the morning. By the time I wanted to begin the cook, it was 4 pm and the roast was just room temp. Served with hasselback potatoes and onion marmelade. Super Yum.

This was delicious! Followed the recipe except for jalapeno peppers. Instead I used the Mt. Olive Sweet & Hot Peppers. I also used both red and green bell peppers. So yummy!

Bake at 250 F. I used 6 egg whites and 1/2 cup baking Splenda. Combine cornstarch, lemon juice & vanilla before adding to egg whites. Everything else the same except after one hour, turned off oven and left in oven until the oven was completely cool. (Do not open oven while it is cooking and cooling.). It was delish. I had never had this dessert until I lived in New Zealand where it is a favorite dessert. So good and really easy to make.
