Made it as described but doubled the cinnamon. I like it! Didn’t taste very cinnamon”y” but still was yummy. Need to learn how to used my bread machine so that all the raisins don’t end up at the bottom of the loaf 😝

It was good! I will probably make it again..... Made exactly as stated in the recipe, except that I marinated for about 2 hours and poured a bit of the marinade over the fish before cooking.
