Very nice summer soup. Tastes better cold, make sure your corn is sweet. I used fresh corn, and it still tasted nice. This soup has a subtle flavor. I recommend, like others, the lime wedge, fresh cilantro, and I added smoked paprika as a garnish. I will make again.

It was ok. I couldn’t get the crust crispy enough for my tastes. The toppings worked well. I added lettuce, tomato, and avocado on top.
