Tasty and fluffy! I leave out salt and used the 1/4 cup scooper but made the pancakes a little smaller for the kids. Easy!

My husband likes if I add a bit of chicken. Substituted the spinach for our garden cabbage. Very good. First time cooking with Kimchi. We will make again.

My son and husband love the crumb topping. The recipes makes more than needed so I cut it in half and still keep a baggie of it aside for the next batch. Delicious!
