I changed it up a bit. We like spicy, so I put in a can of green chiles, chopped fresh jalapeños in ground beef mixture. Also used chili powder, cumin and cayenne pepper. In the jiffy mix I put in one can of corn, not creamy and poured over the top. It turned out fantastic!
Delicious! I also cut the recipe in half for the two of us. Sauce was a little sweet for me, I usually like it a little spicier, so next time ill add more hot sauce. I had my ribs marinating for 2 days prior to boiling them. I like to use coffee with lemon juice, garlic and a really good rub for marinade. Definitely a keeper recipe! Thanks Sylvia
Fantastic! I was afraid to over knead, but really needed to do more, day to two later my bread was falling apart when cutting slices. EVERYONE loves this bread! It is delicious!
