Great recipe. But I accidentally used baking soda and ruined them. But turned out fluffy and looked perfect

This is a great recipe. I made a few variations. 1. added 1/2 tsp garlic paste and ground black pepper while initially cooking the chicken. 2. Used carrots instead of red pepper because its' all I had. I hope to add bok choi as well in the future 3. Used red onion because didn't have spring onions. 4. Added chunky peanut butter to the broth 5. Substituted coriander for cilantro because it's easier to find where I live. Not the best idea. Will be making it again, the best part is it's so quick. Thank you!

This is a super easy and versatile recipe. The only addition I make is of chilli flakes, because we all prefer spicier food.
