I make tons of pasta sauces. My ex was 1/2 Italian. This sauce is so delicious. It's great to substitute for jarred sauces from some recipes or over spaghetti. People are saying it's watery, but the tomato part is calling for tomatoes WITH tomato paste. I don't ever see tomatoes like that, so I add extra tomato paste
