  • 1. Spread rice in a 3 quart shallow baking dish and bake at 375 for 15 min. Stir occasionally until golden brown.

  • 2. Combine soup & salad dressing mix with 2 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir rice into mixture when it's done.

  • 3. Place chicken pieces cut side down on top of rice mixture. Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
