I used 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of butter, 1 tsp of vanilla, a splash of lemon, and only 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar. Not too sweet, just perfect!
I listened to a tip from another reviewer, and cooked them on a cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet. My dad has heart problems and doesn’t need it to be sitting cooking in the grease. This is definitely a healthier way to cook them. My family ate them up and loved every bite. My 4 year old couldn’t get enough.
My family loved it!!! The kids ate every bite. I added a 1/2 pound of ground beef. We used flour tortillas because that's what my husband bought from the store. We like flour better than corn tortillas anyways ??. I will be making this delicious simple meal at least once a month.
