This is the most delicious set of ingredients that makes me eat the rub with a spoon. I've made it several times and the husband and boys give it two thumbs up. Today I'm doing the rub with a small turkey my husband shot that's been plucked and skinned in the slow cooker. Already my house smells amazing!

This was exactly what I wanted. Not too much sugar, zero ketchup and a little latitude to use different ingredients for the right combo. I made it with red wine vinegar and it was 5 stars for my husband. this one is going in my recipe book.

First - the header says "Egg Rolls" but the ingredients specify won-ton wrappers which are NOT the same. Buy the larger wrappers for egg rolls. 2nd - I agree with the other commentator who said buy a bag of shredded stuff. Saves time and you can get a good blend of broccoli, napa cabbage, Kale, etc. The oyster sauce is a great addition. If you don't have it most everywhere sells it (like Walmart) and it's not a scary fishy sauce like some of my friends think! If you don't like that, use Hoisin sauce instead.

This was a great way to use up all the tomatillos from my garden. I made it as directed and it was delicious.

I added another egg as I didn't feel the 1 egg was enough to provide enough of a sticky layer for the flour. I seasoned the heck out of the flour with garlic pepper, spicy paprika and salt. I liked the Worcestershire in the egg mixture which is why I originally went with this one. If you are using a NuWave or other element to heat, set the heat at 375 for a good 350 oil temp. Also, I used whole pickles and sliced them very thin the 2nd time around which worked much better.
