This was a huge hit last night, so much so I'm making it again for tonight's Labor day barbeque. Like most recipes, I will manipulate it a bit especially if I can incorporate a Phil's Secret Sauce (my sauce company) In this case I added a couple tablespoons of my chimichurri which added an amazing taste, as well as fresh corn kernels.
Amazing recipe and we all loved it. I doubled the recipe for extras. Changes I made were to use fennel instead of onion and some green onion. Added a touch of dill as well. Great flavor.
