Been making this for years Delucious as is but I add Italian Seasononing and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to add flavor.

Followed the recipe exactly. This was okay but I found I did not care for the casserole format of enchiladas. I much prefer the rolled enchiladas.

This was very good and easy. The whole family liked it. Made it twice, once with rotisserie chicken and once with canned chicken when I didn't have any other on hand. Is both worked well.

I followedthe recipe as directed except for using half chicken stock and half white wine in place of the water.

Wonderful flavor!

Wonderful recipe. Followed it exactly except I used a full cup of sour cream rather than 3/4. Family loved it.
