OMG!!! I wanted something different than pot roast for my chuck roast and this recipe did the job. I did not veer off from the recipe one bit. It is perfect.

I am not sure if was the pork chops i used or the fact that I am not a big fan of pork but mine had a mild metal taste. They looked good but could not eat much of it.

I made this exactly as directed in the video and my family felt it was missing something. I think next time I will use Lamb or Italian sausage. I was good but lacking.

Loved it! did not sway from the recipe at all except used 98% organic ingredients. Family enjoyed it as well. Only suggestion I would make is to make two!

The meat was very dry. I added fresh mushrooms. The gravy was the best thing out of this recipe. Will not make this again!

This was the most disgusting recipe I have ever made ever made absolutely no flavor, You could not tell the difference between the sausage and a hamburger. I will never make this again.
