SO, so good! I used an instapot instead of a slow cooker. Set pot for 13 minutes and let it vent on it’s own. I also added 1 tsp red pepper flakes for some heat. Served over white rice and served w/sautéed green beans. Will definitely make this again!

This was pretty good! Very moist! I used my homemade salsa, and white bread instead of wheat because it's what I had on hand. I didn't use the bbq sauce either. I will make this again!

I’ve never made zucchini bread before. I made this recipe because it had great reviews. Not sure what happened, but it was very dry! I followed the recipe exactly (except I substituted 1/2 c. Oil and used 1/2 c. Applesauce instead.

This is awesome! So simple to make. I did omit to bell peppers though. The best part, if you’re on Weight Watchers this is 0 points!! But you have to watch the chip intake. Enjoy!

This is the first time i've made meringue, and this recipe was easy to follow. I only used the three serving size because I just wanted a small amount on my pie. Turned out nice and tastes awesome. I used the broiler to brown it a little, (May have gotten it a little too brown)--oops! Definitely need to practice my peak making skills! All in all I'm satisfied.
