This was the best meal! I modified it to my taste used garlic mustard, and Ritz crackers for the crust. Rubbed inside and out with salt,pepper, garlic. use plenty of creole seasoning. Pat dry with towel to help the crust stick. Close with a toothpick. Honestly the best thing I've ever made!
I think the starch should be cut in half. I usually follow all directions the first time and the taste was great but I like my gravy a little more runny...
