This is a great recipe but it makes A LOT so you may want to reduce it. Also I would use less carrots

Turned out very well. I added cinnamon but otherwise stayed to the recipe.

Used a red onion instead of shallots. This was really tasty and will make it again. Quick and easy!

Easy quick and tasted great! I made a raspberry compote to go with them and it was awesome!
