awesome!! replaced the glaze with a home made syrup made with 2 lemons juiced and zested 100g of sugar and 100ml of water. Simmer till reduced and syrupy about 15 min. Pour the syrup while hot on the hot cake. Let the cake soak up the syrup

chose half weath recipe and used whole cloves icing with this recipe and it turned out pretty awsome... both my kids and myself loved it
yup i did it again... this time one with rosemary/garlic and oregano and the other one was 2 cheese, fresh parmigiano and strong cheddar... it was better than the first try,,, if its possible. Used those to make Lamb burger buns ... how cool is that!!
i will certainly make it again and sonner than later...
like i saw on another user comment... to prevent food waste, use the egg yolk with the water in the dough prep. Use the white part to brush the dough. Sprinkled the dough with sesame, garlic, parmesano, oregano and sprayed the bread with water to keep moister. cooked the bread 400F 25 min.
Has a great texture, great flavor... kids loved it and ask for more.
