this is so easy and has become a staple in our home. I followed the recipe as written; my only change was that I bake my salmon at 400 degrees for 12 min and broil it for the last 3 minutes and it turns out perfect everytime!

I followed this recipe exactly and skewered eggplants, onions, mushrooms and bell peppers after marinating them for 6 hours. they turned out amazing! I loved the fresh ingredients and will definitely be making this again!

this was great! I tried making it a little healthier by using Turkey bacon and part almond milk and part fat free sour cream instead of the heavy cream and it turned amazing! I will definitely be making this again!
