Replaced the currents with blueberries as I had them on hand and the whole family loved them.

After reading reviews the only change I made was replacing half the almond extract with vanilla and a little less zest. These cooks held up well and were very pretty. Personally a little to bland for me and my family, I like a cookie with a little more sweetness but I may try this recipe again.

My hubby and I love this! we will definitely make this over and over again. flavour was fantastic and filled you up. Only thing I changed the second time I made this was use a little less of the cream.

My family loved this and I have made it twice now. First time I make it I followed the recipe exaclty and was happy. Second time I made a few little adjustments and loved it. Instead of using the golden mushroom soup which has so much extra additives in it I added tomatoes past, garlic, and beef broth (which is the main ingredients in the canned soup). I also used fresh mushrooms instead of canned which is way better. I served this on a bed of egg noodles and put a little fried onions on top to finish it off. I will definitely make this again with my new tweeks.

I really want to like this dish as is was super simple and I love all types of curry. It was left wanting. Flavour was just not there. Had to add more of everything plus added clove, mustard seed, and fenugreek so that my family would eat it. Added tumric for colour. Also u never add your dry spices straight to liquid. Always heat up ur spices in a hot pan with a bit of oil for 1-2 minutes to release the flavours first. I guess this is a good base curry for newbies.
