I made 1/4 of the recipe and had enough for probably 60 potstickers. The turnout was amazing though! A little too ginger-y though

I doubled the recipe, but still only used 2 lb of pasta, and only stirred in about half of it!!! It was a TON of pasta. And also only used 3 tablespoons of chili paste and it definitely had a bite, but very good still. Excellent dish all the way around. Very quick if the chicken is cooked and veggies are cut (you could almost use a prepackaged Cole slaw mix for quickness.)

These are some AMAZING cookies!!! Everyone that has ever tried one has usually come back for about 6 more! No joke at all!! The dough is so addicting I have ended up with a stomach ache before the cookies are even in the oven! I've never used nuts, and they bake to perfection in exactly 9 minutes every time for me. Also, I like to do at least 50% of the chocolate chips white (or using all white chocolate chips instead of regular works great too!) I've found that it makes the cookies pop and look more attractive. Hershey's dark chocolate cacao powder also takes these up a notch-- especially if you love dark chocolate. The shade of brown goes up about 10x. Thanks for this recipe!!!! All time favorite at my house!
