These were delicious. Came out exactly as they sounded like they would. Will definitely make again

I added some rice to fill it out and absorb liquid. I also added celery, 4 cloves of garlic, used a red onion and seasoned with Cajun. I also took the advice of a commentor and didn't cook the peppers beforehand, adding 1/2 inch of water to the pan so the peppers were al dente. Good recipe, will probably make again, with a few more variations

This soup was delicious. I did make a few changes, I used slightly more butter, probably closer to 1 and 1/3 cups and I used about 4 cups of chicken broth plus 3 cups of water. I also only used one head of broccoli since that was all I had, and half and half cream instead of light. It turned out great, creamy and delicious, and was even better after I let it sit for a few hours and it congealed a bit. I would probably use entirely chicken broth next time instead of water, or only add 2 cups of water, to intensify the flavour. I will definitely be making this again

This is an amazing salsa if you love avocado. I didn't have any oregano or red wine vinegar so i used balsamic instead, and it turned out wonderfully. I'll have to get some oregano for next time as other reviews say it's a significant taste.

I didn't have couscous and my shrimp was already shelled so i made it on sticky rice instead. I also replaced the eggplant with mushrooms since one of my friends is not a fan. It was delicious though probably very different from the original. I will definitely try it again with all the right ingredients.
