We loved this!! I used chicken sausage since I didn't have pancetta, fresh spinach and 1 1/2 cups milk + 1/2 cup melted butter instead of heavy cream (recommended by another reviewer). The sausage was a good flavour. I would recommend boiling fresh spinach first so that you can fit the 10 oz in. Let the melted butter cool a bit before mixing with the milk. Others said that the potatoes didn't get cooked, but I sliced them thinly and they were perfect. I left the skins on for extra fibre.

We all loved these creamy mashed potatoes! I cooked it according to the recipe. The only change I would make is that 2T of butter dotted on the top was too much. After baking, the butter was still all runny on top and I had to bake longer. Be sure to grease the sides of the casserole dish well also.

In my previous review, I forgot to mention that because you are frosting only the top of a 9x13 cake, half the icing would be enough.

Love it! I have not had success with other whole wheat breads, so I was so happy that this was just perfect and easy too. I took some reviewers' suggestions. I substituted white sugar for the second amount of honey because I ran out. I used a tablespoon of dry active yeast because I had a jar rather than packets. I added 3 tablespoons of vital wheat gluten with the whole wheat flour, as some say that it helps. I used margarine instead of butter, as my husband is lactose intolerant. Whenever the dough needed to rise, I put it in my cool oven with the oven light on which kept it surprisingly warm and helped with the rising. Both times, I let it rise for 60 min. At another reviewer's suggestion, I used only 2 loaf pans. It made large loaves and took 40 min to bake as a result of the thickness. I removed the loaves from the pans immediately to cooling racks. Delicious!!!

These are delicious! I was looking for a way to use up sour cream and yogurt and this was perfect. The single batch makes about 11 waffles in our waffle iron. We had to add 1/4 cup of milk to a double batch because it was too thick. Otherwise, it was perfect.

We enjoyed this salad with our meal for Easter. We all really enjoyed the flavour. As another reviewer suggested, I mixed the bananas with the sour cream before mixing them in with the jello. After you pour in the strawberries, the jello sets very quickly, which surprised me. It would seem that in Canada the 6 oz box of jello is not an option, so I used 2 - 3 oz boxes (85 g each). I bought a 600 g bag of frozen strawberries and this measured at almost exactly 20 oz. I might try setting the jello a little more before adding the sour cream and bananas. It was slightly more runny than I thought it should be. Still very tasty - everyone wanted more!
