I used 3 leg/thighs so had to adjust measurements slightly. The flavor of the broth was amazing and the chicken fell off the bone. However, I decided to take the chicken out to broil the skin after it came out of the oven. Will definitely make this again!

I received savoy cabbage and red potatoes in my CSA. I came across this recipe and I only needed to pick up kielbasa to complete the meal. I generally don't cook with flavors like this but with a couple modifications I really enjoyed it. I used fresh potatoes and sautéed them with the onions. I also used the red wine instead of water. I cooked covered for an additional 10 minutes and added horseradish for a kick when I served it (I like it hot). Thanks!

My husband and I LOVED these ribs. I too had bought some lamb ribs from a local farmer and was wondering how to cook them when I stumbled upon this recipe. I marinated the ribs for about 7 hours and it was worth it...these came out perfect. I did make a few modifications - 1. I trimmed some of the fat before marinating, 2. I did not use cinnamon (personal preference) and 3. I covered them with foil and cooked at 275 for 90 minutes (only had 1.75 lbs) and browned them under a low broiler for 15 minutes more. I did as another reviewer suggested and used fresh ginger. Next time I will add the eggs after adding the cornstarch as they did puff up, but all in all this was super yummy and easy to make. Thanks!

I took other reviewers suggestions and used rotisserie chicken instead of canned, black beans instead of kidney (drained - my personal preference) and added one teaspoon each of cumin and chili powder. My husband made some fresh pico from our garden and we topped it off with that. Thanks for sharing!

These is definitely a sweeter chicken salad and if that's what you're looking for you've found the recipe! I used chopped rotisserie chicken instead of canned and would highly recommend that if you can. I used Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil instead of Miracle Whip. I found it a little dry so I added another tablespoon of mayo as well as a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Would be great served with pita bread or as a sandwich. Can't wait to finish the rest for lunch tomorrow!
