All the step are important and easy to follow. There are a mislabeled instruction about adding 1/2" of oil in the pan vs adding 1/2 cup of oil in the pan. Yes, the chicken is still juicy when done. I fried the chicken 1 minute per side before placing in the oven. A time estimate for frying should also be added.

The family loved it. The only change was toasted coconut for the topping.Question: Do you think this would work as a banana cream pie using the same concept?
