This recipe is great I made it just as the recipe called for except I doubled the recipe except for the egg white I only used one egg white. The first time I made it I thought it needed a little something so this last time I added an 8th of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Edit just enough cake to really turn this recipe into an amazing treat.
This is a great recipe I gave it five stars. I did not puree as much crawfish is it wanted me to. I like my bisque more chunky with meat so I also added chopped shrimp also. It was wonderful!
I made add just as the recipe said only instead of using half-and-half or use regular milk and put a total of a cup and a half then I added half as much more cheese and some leftover white cheese case so I had.they probably would've came out just as good without the case up at the case or made a really super creamy excellent recipe
