Loved it and I’m not a spice cake person.I made a quick cream cheese frosting with cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar. Topped with cinnamon to make it pretty.I could see making these into muffins and adding chocolate chips instead of doing the icing.This cake would def freeze well too I think. Thaw in fridge or on counter.With the icing, I stored mine in the fridge.
