Only Thing I did not do is make it dark brown the lighter brown made it more tender. I also pre-season my chicken and let it soak in my seasoning I had prepped. Loved and was better the Second day. Cut the chicken up into little slices put it on a pan on the stove brown it with olive oil on both size 2 is nice and hot that gives it a good crisp and that is awesome to put on top of a salad.
