My boyfriend is allergic to peanut butter and I tried this recipe substituting it with sun butter and it did not turn out well. It’s too oily and I had to add LOTS of flour to help stiffen and it dimmed the flavor down a lot.

I didn’t have an iron cast skillet so I just cooked it in a baking dish.
