I like this recipe. I definitely felt the need to add more spices to the mix (nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice). I suggest not taking the cake out of the springform pan immediately after removing it from the oven. The cake will fall and form big cracks on the top. I covered the cracks with an eggnog flavored topping, but next time I will just avoid them all together.
loved it. I didn't have black beans in the house, so I used red. I didn't bother to puree as I like a chunkier soup. I added more cumin and more garlic. Thanks :)
