Easy recipe ~ adapted to chicken carved off a roasted carcass. Served it over fettuccine. Pinch of cayenne was perfect. I used fresh French thyme from my victory garden. Excellent blending of white wine, cream, shallots, etc.
Since trying this Bananna Bread, I make it anytime we have 4 over-ripe bannanas. It's moist, not too sweet, and extra tasty because of the butter. The last loaf I made, I threw a cup of chopped walnuts in. My partner loved it. Perfect loaf for breakfast slices, or to take to a meeting. You won't have anything left!
