It's wonderful! I doubled it for freezing extra. I added a can of black beans for protein. Will def make again. I plan to eat in lettuce wraps, tortillas and even a cracker topper for a quick snack.
It looked and sounded so good! I will definitely cook again! I did tweet a bit. I sautéed garlic with the onions and added a can of garlic basil oreg tomatoes instead of plain and some fresh spinach. I also added turkey sausage :-)
