When I made this.. I just went with what I felt moved to add in the spirit so I modified it this way.. 4 burro bananas mashed into batter, Bob's stone ground whole wheat flour, whole tsp salt, heavy cream instead of sour cream, 3 eggs instead of 2, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, omitted nuts.. It was so light and fluffy absolutely amazing! I will make this over and over again! 🎉 🎉 🎉
