I had doubts about cooking cabbage in butter. Never heard of it and I use to only eat pan cabbage cooked with bacon and it’s grease. Since i recently made healthier food choices, I substituted the butter for ghee, used Celtic salt and I added some garlic powder also for taste. I also cooked the cabbage for 30 mins. to become tender & delicious.
