This recipe was really good. The only thing I would mention is that the recipe calls for a dutch oven but does not say what size. This recipe makes a lot of soup and my dutch oven ended up being too small so I had to switch to a larger pot. It didn't hurt the soup but heads up to whoever else tries this. This was tasty enough to make me shop for a larger dutch oven.

This was a good recipe and one I might make again. It was not as sweet as most butternut squash recipes I am used to. The butternut squash really soaked up the chicken broth and it changes the flavor of the squash a lot. Still it was tasty and everyone in my house liked it.
