Excellent recipe! Made me feel like a pro and that's saying something because my husband is a chef. By my husband's recommendation, I added the sugar and honey for lady 20 minutes to prevent burning. Scrumptious!
So easy and doesn't take a ton of ingredients. I doubled the recipe and it made a good deal. I used my burr mixer before adding in the cheese. Gave this soup a smoother consistency. Thanks :)
