Used a pork tenderloin. Made a few adjustments based upon reviews like adding liquid smoke. I put the dry rub on the meat and refrigerated for 24 hours before slow cooking. It was a hit! Will make this again. So easy and so good!

I normally do not care for any kind of pasta or macaroni salad. However, this was very tasty.

Very easy and flavorful. I did make a couple of substitutions because I used what was on hand. I used sliced jalapeño peppers instead of Chile peppers and used olive oil rather than margarine. The sign of a very good recipe when minor changes still result in a great outcome!

The chicken was moist and the process was very easy. However I thought it did not have enough flavor. Normally, I cook a beer can chicken on the grill but wanted to try a different method and recipe. This may be good for many people who prefer a milder flavor. I encourage people to try it once and make their own decision

This is fast and easy. Taste is mild. We liked it enough to eat it, but not enough to make it again. If I decide to make it again, I will make it my own with significant changes to enhance flavor.
