Found the original recipe bland. But it is AMAZING if you use cream of mushroom with roasted garlic (I find it tastes better than regular cream of mushroom), swap the carrots for 8oz of sliced baby bella mushrooms, a 1/2 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce, and 2 beef bouillon cubes.The mushrooms blend better into the recipe's flavor, while the worcestershire sauce and beef bouillon cubes add a delicious savory beefy flavor. (I actually added 3 beef bouillon cubes which was amazing but overpowered the other stuff in the dish so I'd recommend using 2)
